How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

All  orders will take 2-3 business days to be processed. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

Domestic Shipping takes 5-7 business days in addition to processing.

International Shipping takes 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All Domestic package will be delivered with the USPS.

  1. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. Please track your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email via PayPal or via BAPSHair@gmail.com. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it in your inbox. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 days from placing your orders, please contact customer service at 814-753-1526.

  1. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily. You will be able to make changes to your order via email BAPSHair@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering once your payment is complete.
